Biography

Greg focuses his practice on defending individuals and companies in civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, trucking, commercial vehicles, and wrongful death claims. He has represented thousands of Texas citizens, drivers, businesses, and companies named as defendants in personal injury lawsuits involving accidents ranging from soft-tissue injuries to catastrophic injuries to death. Many of these cases involve trucking companies and commercial motor vehicle operators, requiring detailed knowledge of Texas law, accident investigation, and state and federal motor carrier regulations.

 

Greg has obtained favorable trial results and verdicts in counties throughout Texas, including Bexar, Travis, Hidalgo, Zavala, Harris, and Webb Counties. He has also handled countless depositions, hearings, mediations, and pretrial matters across South Texas and throughout the state. Greg’s practice is focused on providing practical, aggressive, and efficient defense strategies for Defendants, companies, and businesses facing personal injury claims.

 

When not at work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters.

Hidalgo County

  • Obtained a defense zero verdict in a clear liability case, with the jury finding that defendants’ negligence was not the proximate cause of plaintiff’s claimed injuries and multiple surgeries.

 

Rodriguez v. Pulido and Los Internacionales, LLC
Zavala County

  • Obtained a defense zero verdict in a case involving an alleged blown tire on a charter bus that crossed the center line, with plaintiff undergoing surgeries in dispute.

 

Olivares v. VIP Charters, LLC and Puente
Bexar County

  • Obtained a defense verdict where plaintiff was found 80% at fault, with plaintiff having sought millions from a charter bus company for surgeries in dispute.
