Sutton P. Davis

Biography

 

Sutton P. Davis is an associate at Goldman & Peterson, where he focuses on insurance defense litigation.  Before joining the firm, Sutton gained significant experience at a high-volume plaintiff's firm, handling premises liability, product liability, and first-party insurance claims.  This background gives him a unique "insider's" perspective when representing corporate clients and individuals in contested matters across Texas.

 

Since his 2024 admission to the State Bar of Texas, Sutton has focused on the "heavy lifting" of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions, and representing clients in depositions and hearings.  A Cuero native and automotive enthusiast, he enjoys life in San Antonio with his girlfriend, Karina, and their full house of dogs and cats.
